Prayer Bracelet Event at Peck Farm
High schoolers from Batavia, Geneva and St. Charles, Illinois gathered on 2/20/22 to assemble prayer bracelets and were invited to join God in His work by serving hungry children and their families. A high school Christian athlete from Batavia, IL led devotions and all the students gathered and prayed over the 82 prayer bracelets they assembled together.
High schoolers, some who came as strangers, said they were ready to allow the Holy Spirit to lead them to serve in love as we move out to our local communities.
Easter Basket Event
The rain AND snow could not stop Acts On Mission's Easter basket serving event 2022 for Hesed House kids (ages 8-14) & Batavia Interfaith Pantry teens (ages 13-17).
Thank you to all the families who have donated to this specific mission and a special shout out to Mary Bruno-Keller Williams Inspire for their business partnership in helping us reach homeless kids in Batavia and Aurora.
Students packed and prayed over all the baskets which included age appropriate Bibles, prayer bracelets (which were assembled and prayed over by local high schoolers last month) and a hand written note attached to every basket being deployed out.
