Our Story
Before I turned seven years old, I would wait outside by a dumpster waiting for a worker to throw leftover food out. My next meal was whatever leftover food was thrown onto the cement ground. A memory like that carries & stays with you far past that moment. Almost 40 years later, that defining moment birthed Acts on Mission.
Acts on Mission is simply ACTS to serve homeless children with dignity and compassion. The purpose is to remind these children that this moment in their life does not have to define who they are. Acts on Mission is the calling forged from the words from Acts 2:4 and knowing it's empowered by the Holy Spirit and just doing the next act to serve a vulnerable child in need.

I prayerfully ask you to consider joining Him in His work. Our goal is to serve vulnerable kids/teens faithfully in three ways annually.
-
Prayer bracelets - To give them a tangible sign they are being prayed over. Assembled and prayed over by donors and Acts On Mission Accelerators
-
Easter Baskets - To poverty/homeless teens
-
Birthday Gifts - To poverty/homeless teens
We invite you to join us as we move out to serve ONE homeless child, at a time. It is not what we have but what we do with what we have been given that He can do much with.

The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
